  • Do you think James Dean would've been as legendary/iconic as he is now if he lived longer?
    Anonymous

    jimmydean-jamesdean:

It’s hard to say, because people seem to guarantee he’s only incredibly iconic because of his short career and untimely death. Personally I think he would have still been legendary if he had lived longer, or if he was even still living, he would have made some incredible films and probably become a marvellous director too (because he loved being behind the scenes as well). Look at Marlon Brando who lived into his 80’s, he is still one of the most iconic actors in the world, like Jimmy, they impacted us in ways other did not, which no matter what, keeps them among Hollywood’s immortals. Always iconic and forever legendary.

It’s the question I ask also . Thanks for answer

    earthgods

    jamesdeaner:

I can kind of see that? buttttt I wish Hollywood would stop remaking old films and come up with some original stuff instead

And the problem is - that they don’t got a sense of imagination ! Sorry , folks . Just got nuthin ! Only what was there from before .
